Quality assurance is structured testing that confirms software does what it should, on the devices people actually use, before it reaches the public. We test what your team built, what a vendor delivered, or what we built ourselves. Independence is the point: the people who wrote the code should not be the only ones checking it.

Frequently asked about Quality Assurance
Can you test a site or app that another vendor built?
Yes. Independent acceptance testing is one of our most requested services, especially for public agencies that need to confirm a deliverable meets the contract before final payment. We report against the statement of work and applicable standards.
Do you do automated or manual testing?
Both. Automation covers regression and repetitive checks efficiently. Manual testing covers usability, edge cases, and accessibility with assistive technology, which automation cannot judge. Automated accessibility scanners catch roughly a third of real issues, so we never rely on them alone.
What do we receive at the end?
A prioritized issue log with reproduction steps, screenshots or recordings, and severity. A summary report for decision makers. For accessibility engagements, a conformance report suitable for procurement or an accessibility statement.
Can QA run alongside our development sprints?
Yes. We can embed with your release cycle, testing each build as it lands, or run a single pre-launch pass. Ongoing QA retainers are common for teams that ship frequently.
