Overview
REALM Global is an elite, invitation-only network of the world's top luxury real estate professionals: the top 1% of agents worldwide. REALM Empower is the platform its members use to train, develop, and credential within the network.
The Challenge
REALM's members are already at the top of their profession, so member education has to justify its exclusivity, while REALM also wanted its influence to extend beyond the membership. That meant two distinct experiences: a members-exclusive platform delivering the full program, and a non-member edition carrying the REALM brand to the broader profession. One platform couldn't do both jobs, and neither could two disconnected ones.
Our Approach
We designed a dual-platform strategy and built both editions of REALM Empower on a shared design system and content engine: the members-exclusive platform at the core, the non-member version extending its reach. The program is led by Dr. Daniel Langer, recognized by Forbes, The New York Times, The Economist, and Bloomberg. It combines interactive learning, assessments, and credentialing, with all web design and development handled in-house.
Results
REALM members now train and credential on a state-of-the-art platform that strengthens their expertise inside the network, while the non-member edition expands REALM's brand influence and engages a global audience of high-performing professionals. New Block manages the platform end to end.
